Interested in booking the Huddle?

The Huddle is a platform for community programming, dialogue, and learning. It offers a bookable community event space that can be reserved by local nonprofits and community groups (but not for personal social events).

The Huddle event space accommodates up to 80 people. It can be set up in a variety of configurations, including presentation, workshop, and lounge-style seating.

How do I reserve a space?

Local nonprofits and community groups are welcome to fill out the inquiry form, and our team will be in touch with availability.

My event is next week. Are you able to accommodate?

To ensure all events are successful, we ask for a minimum of two weeks’ advance notice for planning and scheduling. More complex events typically require 30 days of advanced planning. Once you submit an inquiry form, the Huddle team can collaborate on space availability depending on the event needs.

Is catering available?

Yes, catering is available for a paid fee. Alcohol is not permitted at the Huddle. If you’d like to enjoy a bite before or after your event, the Cafe @ Mountain View is located next door to the Huddle and offers a group menu. Submit an inquiry form, and we can help determine the best plan for your attendees.

What are the tech capabilities in the space?

The Huddle is equipped with easy-to-use technology and tools to meet your needs, including: • 98” main presentation projector screen • Speakers • Subwoofer • Microphones • Configurable track lighting • HDMI adapter • Whiteboards • Assisted listening devices

Can my organization book recurring events

Recurring programs are an option, depending on availability. Please submit an inquiry form, and our team will be in touch.

Is there a cost for booking the Huddle?

There is no rental fee for use of the spaces within the Huddle, and costs for other event services will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
